Side Bends Video – Inversion Therapy

Lateral soft tissues of the spine are benefited by doing side bends on your inversion table.

Invert yourself completely on the inversion table, and move your body from side to side, as the pendulum would move. This will greatly increase your circulation, as it creates space between your spinal vertebrae.

Parallel Relaxation Video – Inversion Table Therapy

This relaxation technique is a very peaceful method for relieving stress.

Balance your body on this sacral area of your back. Use a spotter if you are just beginning this technique. Be careful to not fall asleep!

Abdominal Workout – Inversion Table Video

Performing a sit up while in the inverted position will strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles. In this video Dr. Ed shows an abdominal workout on his inversion table.

Start with a little crunch, which strengthens, and tightens the abdominal muscles. Repeat the procedure as many times as you are comfortable with. For advanced crunches, cross your arms in front of your body. This is a little tougher, but willl give you a great abdominal workout on your inversion table.
