Lumber Spine Video – Inversion Table Therapy

This video demonstrates exercising your lumbar spine while using your inversion table.

Arch your back while in a fully inverted position. This will bring your lumbar spine into a comfortable forward curve. This will also exercise the hips, glutes, and arms. Give your body time to rest before going fully back into a standing position.

Weightlifting – Inversion Therapy Video

Weights can also be used on your inversion table. In this video, Dr. Ed demonstrates how he does a weightlifting workout on his table. Start slow and work your way up to heavier weights.

Oblique Workout Video – Inversion Tables Therapy

This video is a demonstration of working the obliques, while using the inversion table.

Side bends with slow rotation, while in a completely inverted position will strengthen your oblique muscles. Be sure to listen to your body, and not overdo it.
